Introducing a limited edition Aka Miso! Aka Miso (Red miso), is fermented longer than our traditional soybean miso and has a deeper, more robust flavor. We ferment our Aka Miso for 1.5 to 2 years. Yuhhmmmmy. Typically, Aka Miso is best used with meats and roasted vegetables, richer soups, and marinades. Don't limit yourself though!
