Our soybean miso is made with 4 simple ingredients. It is non-GMO and there is no sugar, high fructose corn syrup, food coloring, or any other unnecessary additives, and gluten free.
Ingredients: soybeans, koji (rice yeast), salt, water

Garbanzo Bean Miso $14
This garbanzo bean (chickpea) miso paste offers a lighter, sweeter flavor, compared to our traditional soybean miso, and it still holds that deep umami flavor that miso has to offer. It's also a great alternative for those stayin' away from soy. Our garbanzo miso is soy free :) A Sugiyama family favorite.
